I’ve used Pixels by Obrince (now becoming Arrowhead) since Aug of 2018. I do laser engraving on my wood and glass products. This requires precise graphics and often several layers of each image for the depth and shape of the piece. Reuben has incredible skills in this regard and if something ever comes out in the first draft not exactly right, he makes any changes required immediately. Note that often these original images require a collaborative effort between Reuben, myself and the end customer. What counts is the end result and that is always exceptional.

The true key to Reuben’s skills is how he listens to what we’re going for. He doesn’t EVER just “knock out” a quick image. If you give him enough details for what you want, he strives to meet that idea. There may be many graphic artists that you could use, Reuben stands out with the personal attention to your individual requirements.

Because I do most of my online work thru social media, I’ve asked Reuben to help with that as well. He has extensive knowledge of the various platforms and has really amped up my presence there. Again, he doesn’t just throw something together, he works with you to determine your needs and gets you that in spades. As far as pricing, I’ve never found a graphic designer in the USA that can meet his price vs value.

Again, it’s the personal touch that brings it home. As a former military Drill Sgt, picky is an understatement as far as my expectations. Reuben always exceeds those. I hope this review helps.
